The Terms of Reference, published in French only, give the detailed criteria of this edition:
- A private company legally registered in Morocco, with at least one year of activity.
- More than 10 full-time employees and annual revenue above 3 million MAD.
- A credible plan to create at least 10 new formal jobs over 2027 and 2028.
- The organizational and financial capacity to cover the costs the company is responsible for, and an internal focal point who follows the programme.
- All sectors are welcome, as long as the activity contributes to quality jobs.
What do selected companies get?
Selected companies receive tailored training covering technical, professional and transversal skills, delivered by qualified national and international experts with a practical focus. According to the Terms of Reference, sessions last at least 5 days and the programme covers the cost of mobilizing the experts. The company provides the training premises and catering.
The announcement does not publish a budget or a number of places, so none is stated here.
How to apply
- Read the Terms of Reference and check every criterion against your company.
- Complete the online application form before 30 October 2026. According to the Terms of Reference, it covers general information, contacts, recruitment plans, specific training needs and eligibility confirmations.
- Expect a review in stages: a document-based pre-selection, then in-depth bilateral discussions with pre-selected companies, then personalized support for those chosen.
Advice from the Moroccopreneur team
- Founders of established Moroccan companies are the natural fit. Check headcount and revenue first, because the Terms of Reference set thresholds for both.
- Write the recruitment plan before opening the form. The call asks for roles, timing and the skills gaps behind them.
- Name your internal focal point early and make sure that person can attend the bilateral discussions.
- Plan the practical side: a room for sessions of at least 5 days and a catering budget.
