At GITEX Africa 2025, the group presented AI-driven asset-management tools, connected-health technology and an industrial digital twin, and signed a partnership with Morocco’s Ministry of Digital Transition tied to the national Digital 2030 strategy, committing to train 20,000 tech talents in IoT, industrial cybersecurity, AI and computer vision by 2030 and to run an incubation program targeting 50 Moroccan startups, according to Finances News Hebdo. Through Aba Venture, the group reports having incubated 13 startups and converted six employees into associates, with a stated target of 35 co-founders by 2030.
Nextronic’s manufacturing depth shows up in earlier, equally concrete reporting: in December 2022, Médias24 reported that Nextronic had won a multi-year contract (3-5 years) to equip an Italian automaker’s utility-vehicle lineup with an in-house-designed intelligent dashboard achieving a local-integration rate of nearly 93%, using automated production lines capable of more than 20,000 dashboard units per month, according to ABA Technology’s VP of Technology & Innovation, Yassine Abouch, cited by Médias24. That contract predates the group’s more recent AI and public-sector announcements and is a useful data point on its manufacturing capacity independent of its newer software ambitions.
In April 2026, the group unveiled “Fusion AI,” described as an operating-system layer for AI-agent orchestration built and hosted in Morocco, per Médias24 — evidence the group is extending beyond hardware IoT into the software and AI-infrastructure layer.
