Technopark Morocco and Plug and Play Tech Center have opened applications for Cohort 3 of the Morocco Accelerator, a free 12-week program for Moroccan tech startups. The program takes no equity and gives founders mentoring, investor introductions, and corporate pilot opportunities in Casablanca. Applications close September 25, 2026.

Who’s eligible

Morocco Accelerator targets startups the program itself describes as « ambitious »:

  • Early-stage startups with a functional minimum viable product (MVP)
  • Technologically innovative, high-growth-potential ventures
  • Active in one of 14 tech sectors, including fintech/assurtech, healthtech/biotech/medtech, foodtech/agritech, cleantech/greentech, and edtech/worktech/HR
  • Morocco-based startups, including diaspora-founded ventures: diaspora entrepreneurs made up 30 to 40 percent of Cohort 2.

What you get

The program is entirely free and takes no equity stake. Selected startups get:

  • 12 weeks of mentoring from local and international experts
  • Practical training in business development, fundraising, and expansion
  • Access to Technopark’s infrastructure in Casablanca
  • Investor introductions and corporate pilot projects through Plug and Play’s global network
  • A Corporate Day connecting founders with major companies: Cohort 2’s edition hosted 10+ companies and produced 75+ B2B meetings
  • No funding or equity from the program itself, though Cohort 2 startups collectively raised over 20 million DH from outside investors during and after the program.

Applications for Cohort 3 are open now and close September 25, 2026. Register directly through the official Morocco Accelerator page, run by Plug and Play for the Casablanca location.
